What happens if I am late for my appointment?
Due to the extended nature of the service, we request for all patients to be on time for their appointment as there may not be the facility to see you if you are late. This also has the potential to impact other patients who are on time for their appointment.
If you arrive late for your appointment, please speak to the on-site receptionist who will advise if the clinician has the availability to see you.
Please note – If you arrive over 5minutes late for your appointment you may need to sit and wait or wait until the end of clinic to be seen. If we are still able to see you, please also understand that the clinician has a reduced amount of time to see you for your appointment.
