The practice sites above are open for Extended Access Appointments only.
All other queries must be directed to your registered GP practice Mon-Fri between the hours of 8:00am - 6:30pm.
Unfortunately, the receptionist on site will not be able to help you with queries not related to your appointment.
Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
If you can’t attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can offer the slot to another patient.
Patients can cancel in the following ways:
- SMS – ANY TIME by clicking the cancellation option in your appointment reminder SMS, or reply ‘cancel’ to the SMS
- Telephone – by contacting your registered GP practice between the hours of 8:00am - 6:30pm
- Online – by submitting an ‘other admin request’ to your registered GP practice between the hours of 8:00am - 6:30pm
- Face to face - at your registered GP practice reception front desk between the hours of 8:00am - 6:30pm
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
Due to the extended nature of the service, we request for all patients to be on time for their appointment as there may not be the facility to see you if you are late. This also has the potential to impact other patients who are on time for their appointment.
If you arrive late for your appointment, please speak to the on-site receptionist who will advise if the clinician has the availability to see you.
If you arrive over 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to see you. If we can still see you, you may need to sit and wait or wait until the end of clinic to be seen. If we are still able to see you, please also understand that the clinician has a reduced amount of time to see you for your appointment.
